Recognizing the need of school buildings, International Children Education Organization (iCEO) built its first school, iCEO 001, named after Mr. FLORENCE, at Lvear Sor, Lvear Em, Kondal, Cambodia.

iCEO delegation arrived at the site to built THE FLORENCE SCHOOL with warm welcomed from teachers, students, parents, and local authority.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Paragon was first established in Canada in 1990 as an engineering company involved with designing, developing, testing and marketing electronic control systems for natural gas industries.

Paragon has rapidly expanded internationally. The company set its first office in Cambodia in 1991 to capture construction businesses. With strong commitments to serve the needs of our customers, we diversified ourselves into a group of companies involved with Designing, Construction, Engineering, Consulting, Manufacturing, Property Development, Real Estates, Agricultural Development, Mining, farming, and General Trading.

Paragon Corporation commits to set the standard for “total business solution services” to our customers by attracting qualified professionals and achievers, with international codes of ethics as a guide, to staff our Corporation. Over the years, we have worked in collaborations with international companies and enjoyed compliments and supports from satisfied customers, financial institutions, and most of all from our well disciplined and integrated work forces.

Quality, reliability, sincerity, and hard works are the bywords at Paragon Corporation.
